- Submit an application: Include a U.S. Citizenship Attestation form, Evidence of Employment in Nebraska form (for non-residents), a $30 fee, and a $15,000 notary bond.
- Take an exam: After submitting your notary application, you’ll receive a link to ClassMarker via email.
- Receive your Notary Public Commission certificate: Once you pass your exam, you should receive your certificate in the mail.
- Order your notary ink stamp seal: It must be engraved with the State of Nebraska, your name, your commission expiration date, and “General Notary” or “General Notarial.”
