What you get to do every day:
- Handle 30 + new sales opportunities each month.
- Maintain and exceed sales conversion goals.
- Identify and execute best practices around strategically planning with partners.
- Assist in developing territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Holds regular business meetings with team members to communicate information and solicit input.
- Work with sales, marketing, and product to collaborate on features, ideas, and solutions.
- Manage staff workload and responsibilities. Ensures adherence to deadlines while maintaining high quality work product and thorough documentation within our CRM.
- Maximize marketing efforts in your territory.
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and exceeding sales quotas
- 2+ years working in the Insurance space (As an agent or selling to the insurance industry)
- Developed ability to plan and execute strategically.
- Enjoys problem solving, working with a team, and a self-starter
- Experience selling CRM or other web-based applications is a plus
